Hello!
I stopped everything I was just doing (cleaning, burning incense and drinking boom boom eggnog {best recipe name}) to come by and wish you all the best day with lots of colourful twinkling lights, quiet moments and warm hugs from a mug. Thank you all for stopping by and reading what I had to say this year, leaving comments and sending me emails to tell me you liked something. Even though most of them were from my mother, it all meant something to me and I truly appreciate it.
Before I go, I want to share something I wrote for the weekend edition of First Post, a news website based out of India. I had a hard time believing I could do it because I work at a grocery store and these past few days have been peak retail season leaving me exhausted at the end of the day. But I’m nuts and it makes me happy to write especially on a deadline. Thank you Rohini, for asking me and editing my article I titled “puke”.
I got to go finish my boom boom eggnog now. Happy Hols! as they say in Enid Blyton’s St Clare’s.

Happy Seasons Greetings to you too. Hope you have the best year. And I can’t believe you left me hanging waiting for the boom boom eggnog recipe!

Haha! It’s not my recipe and I only just now realised I combined two different recipes that were on separate pages. So boom boom punch became boom boom eggnog. Good thing is they both have rum so throw a big party and in a bowl pour: 1 bottle of light rum, 1 qt of orange juice, 1 bottle of champagne, 1 bottle of sweet vermouth and scoop this all in your glass of eggnog with ice.
