YUM!
And this is not me tooting my own horn.
I thought I’d try out some mixed lentils masala, since there was a bag of them lying in the fridge and the other ingredients lying conveniently in other places in the house (perks of living in and Indian household…WIN!).
The recipe I followed (click HERE) was supposed to be only for moong (the green lentil), but I thought I’d let all the lentils join the party.
Did I not say YUM to being with? I wasn’t kidding, no sir, I never do.
I ate this with rice. The author of the original recipe suggested roti or puri as a good accompaniment. I say, go with your gut. Mine was filled with rice and followed by naps.
Happy eating! (and napping!)
(You can follow more recipes by the author of this one here. She’s amazing! Isn’t this mango upside down cake DIVING DIVINE?! It was so distracting that I typed “diving” instead of “divine”. That’s definitely where the Goan Mankurads are going this season.)
